Daily Life at ABC
A Gentle Rhythm
to the Day
Each day at ABC is thoughtfully guided with a balance of play, learning, movement, creativity, rest, and connection. While every day may look a little different depending on the children, the season, and planned activities, our routines are designed to help children feel comfortable, engaged, and supported throughout the day.
Free Play & Exploration
Children arrive and settle into open, child-led play in a calm, welcoming environment.
Art & Creative Activities
Painting, crafting, and creative expression woven naturally into the morning.
Circle Time & Group Connection
Songs, stories, and shared moments that build a sense of community and belonging.
Snacks & Shared Meals
Snack time and lunch provided in the morning and afternoon, eaten together with care.
Learning & Play-Based Activities
Purposeful play that builds language, curiosity, and early learning foundations.
Outdoor or Gym Play
Daily active play outside or in our full gymnasium.
Afternoon Rest Time
A quiet, restorative pause in the day. Children rest, read, or have quiet time.
Afternoon Play & Pick-Up
A relaxed, playful close to the day as families begin to arrive.
"We follow each child's cues and adjust the rhythm of the day with care, always keeping their comfort and wellbeing at the heart of everything."

Starting Together
We Take New Beginnings
Gently and at Your Pace
We know that starting childcare or preschool is a significant moment for children and for families. Those first days can bring a mix of excitement, nerves, and a lot of questions. That is completely normal, and we are here for all of it.
Before your child's first full day, we welcome settling visits so that they can begin to feel familiar with the space, the people, and the routines at their own pace. We communicate openly with you throughout this period and welcome your input at every step.
Our experienced educators are patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping every child feel safe and settled. There is no rush here. Just warmth, consistency, and care.
Settling Visits Welcome
Short visits before the first full day help children feel familiar with their new environment.
Open Communication
We keep you closely informed during the settling period and are always available to chat.
No Rush, No Pressure
Every child adjusts differently. We follow their lead with patience and consistency.
Your Voice Matters
You know your child best. We partner with you to make the transition as smooth as possible.
